Il Balcone sul lago is a new bed & breakfast  founded in 2013 in Brunate, an attractive and picturesque village upon Como, well known as the balcon on the Alps.

The B&B is on the first floor of an early ‘900 beautiful building, we are offering double rooms recently redecorated with private bathroom each and breakfast included.

From the room's private balcony and from the common terrace you'll enjoy a stunning and breathtaking view of the lake tasting a glass of a good italian wine in a wonderful atmosphere.

In fact the strong point of il balcone sul lago is its spectacular position over the lake, just facing Cernobbio (Villa Erba and Villa d'Este) and a wide part of the alpine chain and Switzerland.

The best way to reach Brunate is by funicular, a panoramic train that links the village to Como centre in only seven minutes.
